Join us for a fun session of creating a natural basket from birch twigs, branches and a selection of pretty saucers for the tray. There will be plenty of materials and also a selection of vintage saucers to choose from as well as edibles to fill finished basket with.
After a quick introduction to the materials, the tools and the basic techniques required, you can begin making your own version of the basket.
All participant begin with a kit containing a birch twigs, wooden handle, saucer and thin metal wire. Combining the selection of materials you learn to design your own masterpiece and also how surprisingly easy it is to source most materials just outside your door.
Along with the creation process there will be a light selection of snacks and drinks to enjoy.
